Raise the woof! Adoption fees waived at the Animal Service Center
WICHITA FALLS (KFDX / KJTL) – The City of Wichita Falls Animal Service Center is full of cats and dogs looking for forever homes, city officials say.
In an effort to find their forever home, the City of Wichita Falls Animal Service Center will waive the $ 40.00 adoption fee until Saturday, July 10, 2021.
Adopters will always have to pay in advance for the animal to be spayed or neutered at the veterinarian of their choice.
Adult adopted animals will be taken to the veterinarian’s office selected by Animal Services staff. Puppies and kittens will be given a date by which the procedure must be completed.
Adoptable animals can be viewed in person by appointment at the City of Wichita Falls Animal Services Center at 1207 Hatton Road in Wichita Falls and can also be viewed online at Petango.com
The opening hours of the Animal Services Center are Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you have any questions, please call City of Wichita Falls Animal Services at 940-761-8894.
